An inspiring workshop with Gareth Edwards DipION

If you are interested in Nutritional Therapy - whether it be to optimise your own health or that of your family and friends, or even as a potential career choice - you might like to come along to one of our 'Taste of Optimum Nutrition' events. Directed at the general public, these events will provide an opportunity to experience nutritional therapy first hand. Here you will learn about the factors that affect your own health, find out how you can help yourself and others, and hear about various approaches Nutritional Therapists use in their practice.

In his presentation Gareth will:

  • demonstrate the powerful tool of live blood analysis, discuss life as a Nutritional Therapist
  • show you how you can help yourself and other people with food and hydration
  • discuss the regulatory climate
  • answer your questions and explore any concerns about pursuing the path of nutrition.
