Directory Listing Terms & Conditions

Any practitioner who wishes list their practice on the ION website (lister) must provide proof of their training in Nutritional Therapy (such as a diploma), a copy of Insurance policy covering the period of the listing and proof of membership to BANT.

It is the lister's responsibility to ensure that the information provided is correct and complete and that the documentation they have provided is up-to-date and current. In order to list a practice on the ION website, the lister should provide valid and up to date details of insurance and BANT covering the period of the listing.

It is the lister's responsibility to manage their listing and keep the information updated.

ION cannot accept any responsibility or liability for inaccurate information provided, incorrectly provided supporting documentation and any consequences thereof.

ION accepts no responsibility for the information provided on this directory in terms of the areas of expertise in which the lister works and the body systems supported through nutritional therapy. It is the lister's responsibility to have appropriate evidence to support any abilities in these areas.

ION reserves the right to remove any listing or change the terms of the listing. Once purchased a cancellation of the listing is not possible.

ION will check that all documentation provided is up-to-date but if the correct documents are not provided the listing will be put on hold and ION will try to receive the relevant documentation (with NO compensation during the time the issue is being resolved). If ION is not satisfied with the documentation, the listing will be cancelled and a refund will be made minus a £5 admin charge.
