We offer silver and gold memberships, both offering many benefits.

Silver Membership - As a health enthusiast interested in nutrition, silver membership offers you information and discounts delivered to your email account.

Gold Membership - As a health professional and/or ION graduate you may be interested in our gold membership that will offer you all the benefits of our silver membership plus exclusive practitioner level benefits designed especially for you.

If you have an interest in nutrition then becoming a member is for you. As a member you will have access to many resources, including our new information archives, Optimum Nutrition I-Mag, monthly newsletter, library and a range of discounts that you can use both here and at various health stores.

  • Optimum Nutrition I-Mag - Our digital magazine
    Our I-Mag is published quarterly, as a member you will have the I-Mag delivered straight to your email account. The I-Mag is packed with the latest nutrition news, reviews and regular topical features.

    We publish eight electronic newsletter annually, packed with case studies, research and cutting edge news about nutrition. As a member you will be sent this newsletter in between the I-Mag to keep you as up to date about nutrition as we are.
