Optimum Nutrition is a quarterly magazine about nutrition. The main content of the magazine contains in-depth, fully referenced articles aimed at anyone with an interest in the field of nutrition.

Optimum Nutrition can be delivered straight to your door if you order an annual subscription or join ION's membership scheme. Alternatively it is available from independent health food shops and selected newsagents.
