We live in a fast-paced world which can affect our health and happiness. This evidence-based and practical day aims to help you understand the science and mechanisms behind how our thoughts, breathing patterns and emotions all affect our physiology, functioning and sense of overwhelm.

Through exploring various models and trying simple approaches, you will come away with a better ability to manage your own everyday overwhelm and greater confidence in suggesting appropriate approaches to clients.
