Ingredients:

  • 1 handful of spinach leaves, washed
  • ¼ of a medium sized avocado, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 inch chunk of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped in half
  • ½ cup (about 4-5 chunks) fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 mug of water, or enough to cover the ingredients in the blender

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients except for the water into a blender or NutriBullet.
  2. Pour the water on top, making sure you do not go past the maximum line indicator on the NutriBullet (or blender).
  3. Blend for 10-15 seconds, or until the smoothie is smooth.
  4. Drink immediately.
