Green Ambulance: Immune Supportive Smoothie Published on 1st December 2017 Credit: Nicola Moore, DipION | http://nicola-moore.com Ingredients: 1 handful of spinach leaves, washed ¼ of a medium sized avocado, peeled and roughly chopped 1 inch chunk of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped in half ½ cup (about 4-5 chunks) fresh or frozen pineapple 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds 1 tsp raw honey 1 mug of water, or enough to cover the ingredients in the blender Method: Place all ingredients except for the water into a blender or NutriBullet. Pour the water on top, making sure you do not go past the maximum line indicator on the NutriBullet (or blender). Blend for 10-15 seconds, or until the smoothie is smooth. Drink immediately.
