Do you wish you had a deeper understanding of food choices and eating patterns and how to use mindfulness techniques to support your personal happiness?

All of us want to be happy, but as we rush through life it is easy to become confused by the overwhelming amount of contradictory information published about food and health. As a result, we can lose confidence in our ability to recognise what truly nourishes our bodies and minds, and develop an uneasy relationship with ourselves and with our hunger.

Mindful Eating provides a way to pause, re-centre ourselves, and carefully consider advice that we hear. We can then experiment in order to decide for ourselves which foods and eating patterns support us, lift our mood, and make us feel strong and positive.
