Nutritional Therapy Science Access Course Overview Why choose NTSAC Study options Course content Learning experience Entry & fees Nutritional Therapy Science Access Course You can study one, two or all three modules via our attendance or eLearning modes, which enable you to follow a scheduled timetable or set your own. You may also move between modes, depending on your preferred NTDC entry date, as this course has been designed to offer maximum flexibility with you and your needs in mind. Attendance mode (aNTSAC) Lectures take place at our Richmond upon Thames facilities over a number of pre-scheduled weekends throughout the course. In between lecture weekends tutors will engage with you via the course forums and core formative activities that support academic progress. All assessments are timetabled and pre-scheduled tutorials (in person or online) are built-in to further support your learning. ION currently offers two entry dates for this mode: October – June (teaching takes place every fourth weekend) January – July (teaching takes place every third weekend) eLearning mode (eNTSAC) For those that are unable to study with us in person, our online course enables you study when and where you can, whilst providing the same level of student support and grounding in the necessary core science areas. As with the attendance mode, tutors will engage with you via course forums and core formative activities. You will also be invited to attend pre-scheduled online tutorials, which provide you with an opportunity to connect with tutors and peers. All assessments are timetabled. ION currently offers three entry dates for our e-learning mode: October – June January – July May - December In addition to the above, we also offer the following option for those prospective students who already have science qualifications but feel they would benefit from refreshing their knowledge: eScience Refresh If you already meet the entry requirements for our Diploma course (aNTDC or eNTDC) but feel you would benefit from revisiting or refreshing your scientific knowledge our eScience Refresh option provides online access to a wide range of interactive study materials, videos and exercises.
