The research supervisor will act as a mentor, source of information and facilitator to students as they progress through planning and undertaking a research project.

Each project will be unique, and the Research Supervisor will be available to help students in a range of areas such as:

  • formulate their research area and question
  • decide what methods of research to use
  • keep to deadlines
  • evaluate the results of their research
  • ensure their work meets the necessary standards and ethics expected by ION

You will come with:

  • A qualification in applied nutrition, nutritional therapy, functional medicine, to least at level 6 or the equivalent experience
  • Experience conducting research at least to Masters (level 7)
  • Professional body membership/registration
