BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy

Undergraduate NT Intro

  • Train to become a registered nutritional therapy practitioner

Gain a sophisticated understanding of the latest theoretical and applied knowledge of nutritional science. Undertake real-world clinical training in a supportive environment and become skilled in approaches to guide clients towards making effective and lasting nutritional and lifestyle changes. Deep dive into your chosen area of nutritional research. Explore a range of practice models to help you plan your own business, preparing you for success beyond graduation.

On this engaging and academically rigorous course, you will be guided through each subject in a way that makes it meaningful. You will learn about the principles of personalised and functional nutrition, the therapeutic effects of foods and nutrients, and the ways in which you as a practitioner can address health and wellbeing issues through nutrition and lifestyle management.

As you progress, you will be guided in developing the skills to work with clients in both clinical and non-clinical settings, and in applying a comprehensive understanding of food, nutraceuticals, the use and interpretation of testing, and lifestyle modification to your practice.
