An opportunity has arisen for technically literate/ IT competent persons to to join the Academic Faculty to support the online delivery of lectures for the DipION Nutritional Therapy, BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy and GradDip Integrative Functional Nutrition. The purpose of this role is to support module coordinators and/or visiting lecturers leading live teaching sessions via Zoom and/or other online platforms to ensure that the technological aspects of these sessions run smoothly. The online support coordinator will help the module coordinator/ visiting lecturer by admitting students and managing students, answering student questions and queries and troubleshooting any IT issues that occur during the session. The successful candidates will have advanced knowledge of video conferencing tools, primarily Zoom. A qualification in nutritional therapy or a similar field would be an advantage to enable the postholder to engage in the subject matter. These roles provide the flexibility of a self-employed contract and are based from home, with travel to ION’s HQ in Richmond London, as necessary.
