Institute for Optimum Nutrition Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions 

Facebook Giveaway 

Eligibility: 

1. The giveaway is open to all residents of the United Kingdom over the age of 18, except ION staff members and their friends and family members.

How to Enter: 

2. To enter, participants must follow the Institute for Optimum Nutrition page on Facebook, like the giveaway post and tag a friend in the comments. 

Giveaway Period: 

3. The giveaway begins on 13 December 2023 and ends on 21 December 2023 at 23:59H GMT. Entries received after the specified end date and time will not be considered. The items will be shipped in January 2024.

Winner Selection: 

4. The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries. The selection will take place on 22 December 2023 at 10:00 AM. The winner will be announced on a social media post and will be contacted through a direct message on the platform. 

Prize: 

5. The prize is a hamper worth approximately £290 which contains the following items:

Notification of Winner: 

6. The winner will be notified through a direct message on the social media platform. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected. 

Publicity: 

7. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow the Institute for Optimum Nutrition to use their name, image, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes. 

General Conditions: 

8. The Institute for Optimum Nutrition reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the terms and conditions. 

9. The Institute for Optimum Nutrition is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or failures that may occur during the giveaway. 

10. The Institute for Optimum Nutrition reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time. 

Release and Limitations of Liability: 

11. By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Institute for Optimum Nutrition from any liability or any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from their participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize. 

Privacy: 

12. Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and in accordance with the Institute for Optimum Nutrition's privacy policy.

13. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 

Instagram Giveaway 

Eligibility:
