“The Institute for Optimum Nutrition was the best course provider I could find,” says Moira Newiss who graduated from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), post-pandemic.

Burnt out with chronic fatigue, Moira left her job as a senior manager in the NHS to retrain in nutrition and lifestyle medicine at ION.

It led to a flexible career that fits in with her family life.

Today, Moira specialises in ketogenic metabolic therapy for mental health conditions.
