By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. What You're Getting "The Colourful Kitchen Cookbook" is a printed book with over 80 recipes and accompanying photographs. It is only available in paper format. Pricing & Payment The book price is £20 (including post and packaging for UK addresses). Post and packaging costs for addresses outside the UK are in addition to the price of the book. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal. Order process Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. The order is accepted by us once your payment has been approved and we have debited your credit or debit card. Delivery Preordered books will be dispatched in October 2024. From the 7th October 2024, we will make every effort to dispatch the book within 2 working days of receipt of your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Any delivery times quoted are estimates only and we are not responsible for any delays. You are responsible for providing correct delivery details. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from incorrect delivery information. In the UK, the cookbook will be delivered via Royal Mail. Returns & Refunds Damaged books can be replaced or refunded if you contact us within 14 days of delivery of your order. Please contact [email protected] with your order details and a photo of the damage. Refunds will be processed via the same method of payment. Please allow at least 10 working days from acceptance of the refund request for the monies to reach your account.
