Delivery

The deadlines for subscriptions are: midnight 26th March for the Spring issue (published in April), midnight 25th  June for the Summer issue (published in July), midnight 24th  September for the Autumn issue (published in October), midnight 17th  December for the Winter issue (published in January).

Your print magazine should arrive by the 15th of the month of issue (e.g spring issue by April 15th). For non delivery enquiries contact us.

Subscribers will receive the four magazines issued after the date of their subscription. For example, if you buy a subscription during the Spring period, your first magazine received will be the Summer issue. As a printed subscriber to Optimum Nutrition you will be able to manage your subscription or update your details through https://optimum-nutrition.subsail.com/my-subscriptions/.
