Jackie also provides lots of practical tips for specific foods and nutrients that can target symptoms, and dispels some commons myths, including why fat doesn’t make you fat, and why good nutrition is just as important after the menopause as during.

Jackie Lynch is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and runs the WellWellWell nutrition clinic in London. Jackie’s clinical work has inspired her to write Va Va Voom: the 10-Day Energy Diet, The Right Bite: Smart Food Choices for Eating on the Go, and The Happy Menopause: Smart Nutrition to Help You Flourish. An accomplished speaker, Jackie hosts regular talks and wellness workshops, as well as The Happy Menopause Podcast. Jackie joined the Board of Trustees at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in March 2011, and was elected Chair in January 2012.
